PROTECTION NOTICE
The buyer of these soybean varieties represents that he is purchasing the seed solely for the purposes of producing a grain crop. The soybean seed, and any product from the seed shall not be resold as seed or used for seed breeding purposes. The buyer agrees not to alter, or permit the alteration of the seed, or any product of the see, through genetic technique or otherwise. Use or sale as seed of the crop produced from this seed is prohibited. |

Grower Agreement
The STS® soybean seed, any resulting crop, and any seed derived therefrom are covered by U.S. Patent No. 5,084,082 owned by E.E. DuPont de Nemours and Co., Wilmington, DE. The buyer of STS® soybean seed is hereby granted a license under claims 1-14 of this patent to have this seed and cultivate it according to the instructions, conditions and recommendations set forth, as well as the label descriptions of this recommended herbicide. No other rights or licenses are granted under this patent. |

SOYBEAN SEED COUNT PER POUND
The average number of beans per pound will vary by variety. In addition, the environment that a variety was produced in also affects the size of soybean seeds.
During the last five years many of the varieties and lot numbers we have sold have approximately 3,000 seeds per pound. To assist in determining your soybean seed needs, we have included the table below as a reference to use when ordering your soybeans.
