By contract, Buyer hereby agrees that the seed of these varieties shall be used only to produce seed for feed or processing. The seed in this container and any products produced from the seed shall not be used or sold for breeding, research, genetic profiling, molecular market techniques or seed production purposes. Unless accepted on the foregoing terms, Buyer shall return the seed in the original unopened container within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.

STS^® Soybeans

Grower Agreement

  The STS® soybean seed, any resulting crop, and any seed derived therefrom are covered by U.S. Patent No. 5,084,082 owned by E.E. DuPont de Nemours and Co., Wilmington, DE. The buyer of STS® soybean seed is hereby granted a license under claims 1-14 of this patent to have this seed and cultivate it according to the instructions, conditions and recommendations set forth, as well as the label descriptions of this recommended herbicide. No other rights or licenses are granted under this patent.
